The Alumni Group is run in a secret Facebook group (much like the Workshop you completed) and only people who have done a Workshop are invited to join. When you sign up, you will be added to the Alumni Facebook group where we encourage you to introduce yourself and get involved. Show us what you’re eating, ask questions, let us support you and encourage you to really make your health decisions stick.
