Clinical Nutritionist and Lifestyle Expert in Lymphoedema and Lipoedema Management

I’m a Clinical Nutritionist and I’ve got Lymphoedema and Lipoedema. I know all about the pain, the utter exhaustion, and mental anguish of these conditions. I have first hand experience with medical ignorance around diagnosis and getting ANY help aside from “eat less, move more”, feeling isolated, the weird and wacky things people try to sell that promise a cure, and don’t even get me started on wearing compression in stifling heat and humidity!

I love helping women figure out what to put on their plate to remove the confusion around food for lipoedema and lymphoedema. My qualification is in Nutritional Medicine, and I use this skill to: build you a treatment plan based on your health history, your blood test results, and the way your body is showing up for you right now. I bring clarity to decisions around food and can help with individualised supplements prescriptions if they are warranted. 


I am a firm believer in loving yourself through every step of the journey. I have found that self care is the bridge between knowing what to do and actually putting it into practice.
